Breaking new grounds in patent litigation and validation

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) and the Unitary Patent (UP) have created new opportunities and challenges for patent litigation and validation strategies in Europe. The new Unitary Patent system currently coexists with European and national patent systems. This new situation requires knowledge of the specifics of both the new and existing patent systems, experienced legal and technical analysis, international litigation skills and the ability to work closely with clients to take new steps in patent litigation. Our UPC desk has the knowledgde and expertise to lead a successful and timely UPC case (litigation, advice or filing re UP) for your company.
